Stator varnish machine is to do the varnish dropping and rolling for the stator coils, this design is perfect suitable for the ceiling fan.

(2) Rolling

(a.)Varnish plate takes use of lifting mechanism, inside rolling plate takes use of overflowing and

circulation structure.

(b.)Rolling time can be set up and displayed in HMI;

(c.)Lifting device is driven by general motor, lifting stroke is adjustable

(d.)Rolling system 2 sets (one set each side)

(e.)Separate varnish tank 1 piece, inside with snake shape non-stainless steel pipes which is connected to the water cooler (supplied with the machine).

(f.)Varnish pump: diaphragm pump

(g.)Dropping varnish collector: to convenient regular cleaning.

(3)Fixture

Specialized shaft, ejection & clamp style. Each side for 5 pieces stator assembly;
