WD-1M-16 screw fixing machine is designed to fix the screw into any substance.

It is composed of two parts.

(1)Screw feeding system will put the screws in queue and separator will appoint the screw to the machine nozzle by the pipe.

(2)Electric screw driver fixes the screw to the ready substance.

(1)Screws conveying and fixing are done automatically without manual taking screws.

(2)Put the nozzle of electric screw driver rightly against the screw holes and lightly press, the screw fixing is done without double screws feeding.

(3)It can be matched with customer’s previous electric screw driver, which can save cost.

(4)Electric screw driver is light. Its light head will not give the burden to the operator.

(5)The screw fixing machine can be operated in both standalone mode and on line mode.

(6)Screw fixing speed is 50-70 pieces per minute. It upgrades the production efficiency and saves labor cost.

(8)Feeding system not taking use of vibrator or pusher will have no vibration, which ensures screw no color fading.
