WD-FDZ-028 stator testing machine is controlled by IPC P4, displayed by colorful VGA. It is programmable to test cold resistance, Hi-pot, insulation resistance, in-turns insulation, field rotation direction. It has 2 stations, testing/replacing can be switched over by transparent shield. Shield on enables to enter testing status automatically, results is shown and pass/fail verification is out. On the fail moment, there is sound optical alarm. Testing time is within 15 seconds.

Computer can collect, record, save every testing data and result. Its software is easy operation and flexible adjustment. The HMI is directly visible.
