Collector press and wire heads combination machine to complete them at the same time; (1)Hydraulic system to press the commutator to the shaft, the pressing height, pressing force takes use of sensor for monitoring; (2)Hydraulic force drives the combination mold to press the wires into the commutator slots at one time. OMRON PLC control, HMI set up and display the parameters, such as pressing force, pressing height alarm etc.
