Introduction
It takes use of plastic brush to clean the commutator scraps from the round OD and end side at the same time; OMRON PLC control and HMI sets up the parameters.
Machine technical request:
(1)Clamp the armature→ rotation→ brush the slots side→ brush the end side→ motor stops running→ take out the armature;
(2)Armature shaft OD5-30mm, commutator OD 15-100mm;
(3) Brush speed 0-60rmp, brush motor power 60W;
(4) Need vacuum cleaner and inside copper scraps should be convenient for cleaning.
Machine efficiency:
Less than 10 seconds/piece, less than 18 minutes to make tooling change-over.
