Stator varnish plant-vacuum dipping model

1. Dual tanks in-turn dipping workflow; square dipping tank is of higher using rate as its size is perfectly matching with oven.
2. Vacuum degree:-0.095Mp; Vacuum pump is of 2X-30 rotary-vane pump.
3. Internal cavity of Dipping tank:1450×1070×650mm. It meets daily capacity of 3000pcs stators.
4. Dipping tank takes use of manual moving cover. Hanging open the cover or rotary arm moving are for option.
5. Manual vacuum ball valve acts as the vacuum pipes valve.
6. Manual lining flurine ball valve acts as retuning varnish pipes valve.
7. Manual electri control system is used.
