WD-24-FRK combined winding insertion machine is to make coils winding and inserting to the stator automatically.

It is designed in standard modules, which includes winding module, paper wedge forming and transferring module, windings insertion module and stations rotation module. This machine takes use of rotary bench to combine the winding with insertion to obtain fully automatic winding insertion. It upgrades the automation and saves labor cost. This machine has different winding modules Nos. composition (such as 1 piece winding module, 2 pieces winding modules and 3 pieces winding modules) for customer’s choice according to its stator.

As its modules design, every module could be disassembly individually and common co-ordinates with other machines.

The machine is easy operation and one operator could manage many pieces easily at the same time.
