Cols head twisting machine takes use of servo motor to control the coils head twisting, twisting angle and response position will be eliminated automatically; response angle can be set up in the HMI; It will have separator function to ensure no short circuit between wire and armature core; It can completes twisting in both clockwise and anti-clockwise direction; PLC control, HMI sets up parameters.
