Heating coating is a technology to strengthen up and upgrade the surface quality. Heating coating means heating the powder or cable rod by the heating source (flame or electric arc) to be melted or semi-melted status, and then takes high voltage airflow to atomize the powder and spray them to the coating substance to make up a coating layer. The coating layer on the surface can enable the metal parts to have anti wear out, anti-rust, anti high temperature oxidization, insulation, heating proof, anti radiation and sealing etc. It is widely used in the pre-protective parts which need work under high temperature or need anti wear out or rust.

Electrostatic coating takes use of the electrostatic field which is created by DC Hi-pot to keep the charged powder particles falling onto the coating substance and then forming an even coating layer. It is a prominent working process to upgrade the coating quality and suitable for mass production. It is widely used in motor field and other concerning industry.
